Who knew a great place to learn is also a great place to work?

It’s no surprise to its employees that was Rice University was just named one of “Houston’s Best Places to Work” for the fourth year in a row. After all, they had a hand in the results. Administered each year by the Houston Business Journal, the award is determined by employee responses to a variety of questions about job satisfaction and the workplace environment. Even more important, the breathtaking campus and acclaimed education and research Rice is known for are only as good as the people who work here. They are what make Rice a great place to work and a great university.
